Description
Our client, a Mid-City Accounting firm, is looking for an Office Manager/Senior Administrator to join their team! The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting upper management with running the business, invoicing clients via QuickBooks, facilitating some functions of HR, assisting with recruiting efforts, ordering office supplies, communicating with vendors, planning company events, implementing streamlined processes, and handling other administrative duties. Employees must be vaccinated against Covid-19. The hours for the role at 9-6pm, with an hour for lunch, and parking onsite provided. This is a 30-person office, and the team is looking for a self-starter from the professional services industry. Any website design experience is a plus!
Requirements
3+ years of job related experience required
Onboarding experience preferred
Proficiency in ordering office supplies and equipment
Experience with Coordinating Schedules
QuickBooks experience
