Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an experienced Recruiter to provide interim support for an organization in Portland. As a Recruiter, your primary role will involve developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes creating comprehensive job postings, sourcing potential candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's growth and success by filling roles with new employees.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

　　Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and universities boards.

　　Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, etc.

　　Screen resumes and application forms.

　　Conduct job interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

　　Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

　　Requirements

　　Proven work experience as a Recruiter

　　Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).

　　Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc).

　　Ability to organize skills assessment.

　　Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
