　　Sr. Automated Systems Analyst

　　This Is What You’ll Do:

　　Lead initiatives/investigations, as required, to improve efficiency of business applications.

　　Assist in driving the completion of business application projects through the full product lifecycle.

　　Serve as business or technical expert for business applications and project teams.

　　Assist in the development of processes, specifications, configurations, validation, qualification, implementation plans and protocols for the implementation and maintenance of system upgrades and modifications, as well as maintain related documentation.

　　Contributes to the system design and modification processes for the business applications.

　　Develop and maintain SOPs related to system configuration, setup, and error \ incident management.

　　Performs activities related to the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance / upgrade of business applications.

　　Assists where necessary to ensure business applications are validated and maintained under change control consistent with company policies, FDA’s, cGMP, and any other regulatory agency requirements.

　　Assist in the development of materials and provide user training, as required.

　　Strong understanding of data models and entities as well as the ability to write effective SQL to aid in analysis, development, and support activities.

　　Work cohesively with the Business Analysts Manager and team to ensure source system data integrity is maintained in the data warehouse.

　　Effectively analyze, visualize, and communicate data to requesting parties.

　　Assist IT developers and BI Team in the understanding of source data.

　　Develop and track KPIs related to Operations and RAQA.

　　Responsible for the support and maintenance activities of business applications:

　　Provides Tier 2 support and troubleshooting for business applications.

　　Escalates issues to Tier 3 support, if necessary, and drives to resolution.

　　Monitors the progress of outstanding incidents to ensure resolution within agreed upon SLAs.

　　Work cohesively with OPI Information Technology and Support to troubleshoot and resolve business application and system issues to ensure maximum availability for operations

　　Adheres to all applicable Quality or standards requirements and follows appropriate protocols and documentation requirements.

　　This Is What It Takes:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Science, Business Management, or a related field preferred

　　Minimum four (4) years experience in a plasma center or equivalent (management level experience preferred).

　　Strong organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

　　Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

　　Demonstrated understanding of IT system lifecycles and change management.

　　Must be fluent with software validation as it relates to Blood Establishment Computer Systems (BECS) and 21 CFR Part 11.

　　Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with demonstrated interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with all levels of management.

　　Ability to work autonomously with very limited supervision.

　　Participate in on-call rotation and assist with after-ours issues, as required.

　　Available to travel up to 30% of the time.
