Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.·Recovery Support Specialist, CASAC-T coordinates and facilitates all scheduled nighttime activities (i.e. fire drill, evacuation, etc.), Attends and participates in staff meetings and trainings, as needed and prescribed by regulatory mandates.·Recovery Support Specialist , CASAC-T completes room-to-room headcounts three times each night, conducts routine facility checks to ensure facility safety and security, oversees patient medication self-administration and medication counts on shift change·Recovery Support Specialist , CASAC-T maintains accurate documentation in staff log, incident reports, facility forms, and/or other reports in a timely manner in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations.·Recovery Support Specialist , CASAC-T participates and facilitates the occurrence of shift change.
