PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Records Management 4, in Everett, WA.
Job Description:
* Responsible for assisting engineering to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality by implementing and applying company standards while performing the following duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Format documents to company best practices and standards.
Process a variety of documents and drawings to Teamcenter Engineering.
Process incoming and outgoing Data transmittals.
Ensure documents are classified via xClass / Texport prior to distribution and / or approval.
Create Master drawing list, using TC tools, and format.
Maintain STC log.
Maintain Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) system.
Manage Access control and renewals for Exostar and My Boeing Fleet.
Manage Library of Documents and Specification and purchase.
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Performs other related administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be proficient at Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook.
Must be proficient at Adobe Pro.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent and 2 plus years of experience or five plus years related experience and/or training.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to anticipate needs and show initiative.
Familiarity with Teamcenter Engineering.
Education/Experience:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent plus 2 years of experience or 5 plus years related experience and/or training.
