Job Description:

The person hired for the position of Record to Report Product Analyst – SAP FICO will be responsible for the implementation and support of key Finance Controlling processes in 3M’s SAP ERP environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice SAP solutions in close collaboration with business counterparts. The position will include working across multiple process teams on solutions to support both production and new releases of SAP ERP within 3M. In addition, the person will engage in different stages of the deployment activities at 3M, mainly driven by risk and changes to our global footprint.

The candidate should have experience with the following configuration areas within the following SAP ERP modules.

CO Reporting and Allocations including:

Consolidated P L Reporting

Contribution Reporting

Dual Credit

Sales and Gross Margin Reporting

Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)

Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) including:

Product Cost Planning

Cost Object Controlling

Actual Costing/Material Ledger (CO-PC-ACT)

Reporting

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA)

PCIV Periodic Processes

PCIV Master Data

The person hired for this position must also understand or is willing to learn the integration of SAP FI CO with other module/process areas, including Materials Management (MM), Sales Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE) including Transportation Management and Plant Maintenance (PM).
