We're looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) at our Munich office to provide our Business Service Team with energetic support and fresh inspiration, starting immediately. The job is full-time and so far limited for two years.

You are responsible for the professional support of our customers, applicants, employees and service providers and act here as a communication interface
You routinely answer incoming calls centrally and route them accordingly
You'll be responsible for conference management (room reservations, catering, etc.), mail handling and distribution, and the coordination and commissioning of courier services
You'll process invoices and independently consult with accounting about them
You'll assist in organizing and carrying out events (in- and out-of-house), sometimes across several of our offices
You'll be in charge of purchasing and supplier management-determining requirements, ordering, and checking invoices
Make a difference
You've completed professional training and ideally have at least two years of work experience in a service-oriented environment (e.g., hotels/tourism)
We expect you to be fluent in German and have very good English language skills (written and spoken)
Personal initiative, a sense of responsibility, team spirit, loyalty, and dependability are second nature to you
You have a proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style and enjoy using your creativity and talent for organization and coordination in your everyday work
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
It doesn't bother you if things get a little crazy sometimes-on the contrary: You love action and know how to set priorities
You are proficient in the standard MS Office programs
