  CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.

  For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Life Science sector in Nyon we are looking for a

  Receptionist-Facility Coordinator 100%

  Your main tasks:

  •Greet visitors & employees upon arrival. Issue visitor passes by following security protocols

  •Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel

  •Track incoming and outgoing packages, mails. Arrange UPS shipments

  •Perform general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading, and moving materials

  •Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, replacing bulbs and lamps

  •Patrol grounds: communal areas, and parking facilities. Identify and report maintenance hazards or other property condition concerns

  •Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs

  •Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations

  •Prepare meetings and conference rooms, arranging tables and chairs as requested.

  Your profile:

  •Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset

  •Friendly, outgoing, smiling person with a positive attitude

  •Work experience of professional experience in a similar position

  •Basic understanding of HSE

  •Fluent French and English skills oral as well as written

  •Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
