Description We are seeking a Receptionist to join our law firm located in Midland, Texas. As a Receptionist, your role will involve overseeing the front desk area, managing phone calls, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked. This position offers a chance for contract to permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the reception area to maintain a detail-oriented image

• Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments

• Welcoming and interacting with visitors in a courteous and friendly manner

• Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary

• Coordinating the usage of conference rooms

• Making sure all messages are recorded and transferred accurately

• Efficiently managing email correspondence and data entry tasks

• Using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Arranging files and documents for easy accessibility

• Scheduling appointments as per the office needs. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and documents
