Description We are in search of a Help Desk Manager for a long term contract opportunity in Huntington Park, California. This role is in the IT industry where you will be responsible for managing various technologies and providing deskside support.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the help desk operations and ensuring the efficient and timely resolution of IT issues.

• Handling the deployment and configuration management of computer hardware.

• Maintaining expertise and keeping up-to-date with Cisco Technologies.

• Managing and supporting Citrix Technologies within the organization.

• Utilizing Cloud Technologies effectively to optimize operations.

• Leveraging Dell Technologies for infrastructure management and support.

• Implementing ITSM practices for service management and improvement.

• Managing and maintaining the Active Directory for user and access management.

• Providing Deskside Support to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.

• Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems and providing user training where necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is essential

• Must have knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Dell Technologies is a prerequisite

• Skills in IT Service Management (ITSM) are necessary

• Knowledge of Active Directory is mandatory

• Ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware is expected

• Proficiency in Configuration Management is required

• Experience in Deployments is preferred

• Prior Deskside Support experience is a must
