Description We are offering a role in the telecom industry located in Miami Lakes, Florida, for a Receptionist. This role is instrumental in maintaining a smooth functioning of our workplace and involves answering calls, setting appointments, and managing data entry tasks among other responsibilities. This is a short-term contract-based employment opportunity that offers an engaging work environment and diverse experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.

• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and solving problems.

• Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.

• Handling email correspondence with precision and timeliness.

• Utilizing interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.

• Using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.

• Organizing files and maintaining a systematic order of documents.

• Scheduling appointments effectively and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

• Operating switchboard phones, handling 1 - 10 lines.

• Utilizing bilingual skills for better communication and service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems and operating switchboards with 1-10 lines.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle queries professionally.

• Demonstrated competence in data entry with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse individuals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an orderly workspace.

• Capability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure smooth office operations.

• Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar is advantageous but not necessary.
