Do you have a passion for improving processes? CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full time Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team. This individual will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to evaluate, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies of internal processes. This position allows the right candidate to contribute to the efforts of the credit union by improving performance outcomes for our employees and members alike!

Job Duties:
Research current credit union processes, obtaining and analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data driven decisions
Collaborate in the development and presentation of educational offerings for staff to improve working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma disciplines within the credit union
Serves as the facilitator and coach for assigned process improvement initiatives, providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved and clearly communicated
Monitor and support improvement implementations ensuring timely action, achievement of expected benefits, and providing updates
Partners and communicates with team, staff, and management to develop performance metrics, measurements, and targets to develop operational standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider proven experience with process/continuous improvement evaluation and implementation
Process improvement certification such as Lean Six-Sigma green belt or higher preferred
A minimum of 2 years' experience in process/continuous improvement roles or related field
Familiarity with improvement effort processes, tools, best practices, and project management principles
Experience leading and facilitating medium to large teams or groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
Highly organized, strong initiative, and the ability to work well under deadlines, while leading and motivating a group of individuals
