Description We are looking for a diligent Receptionist for our Norfolk, Virginia, 23510, United States location. This role provides an opportunity for short-term contract employment in the telecom industry. The primary responsibilities will be to provide exceptional customer service, handle a multi-line phone system, and manage data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and direct them to appropriate departments

• Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Keep files organized and up-to-date

• Schedule appointments and meetings as required

• Develop and maintain professional relationships through effective interpersonal skills. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or similar

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems

• Proven ability to provide top-notch customer service

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

• Familiarity with email correspondence and etiquette

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and staff

• Ability to organize files and maintain a neat and efficient workspace

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
