The Crossroads Building , located in Kansas City’s vibrant Crossroads Arts District, is its epicenter, providing a broad list of outpatient services. We also offer psychiatric inpatient care, and we deliver therapeutic services through our community outreach clinics. We are a leader in the Trauma-Informed Care Movement, and provide training, coaching and consulting to outside organizations.

　　Job Description

　　This is a professional position working independently under the general direction of the department Manager and/or Chairman/Program Director/Clerkship Director. Develops, plans, implements and maintains the coordination of the undergraduate/graduate medical education programs for the department. Under the direction of Program and Clerkship Directors, assures program compliance with regulatory agencies such as ACGME and LCME.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree required in a related field (health sciences, business, public administration or education) or the equivalent in a combination of relevant education and experience.

　　Three years experience in administrating an education program or high level administrative support.

　　Must be computer literate.

　　Preferred

　　Knowledge of accreditation or credentialing.
