About Continuous Improvement Champion Order Management

  The CI Champion typically has the ability to deep dive into the detail of functional processes; analyze and establish root causes to make improvements. In general, you will work with the functional team to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. This will often involve problem solving, innovation, collaborative communication and process improvement.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  Continuous Improvement

  Captures process related issues and proposes solutions and/or implements.

  Leads local and tactical Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to reduce cycle times, improves productivity, increase Customer Satisfaction and drive business growth.

  Monitors order management processes ensuring business and functional KPIs are achieved;

  Evaluates process implementation and standardization across the group;

  Lead and implement 5S+, Kaizen and process improvement initiatives;

  Analyze and communicate project / program recommendations to leadership;

  Using Abby Timeline, applies process mining skills to identify process gaps and non-conformance

  Based on business KPIs, proactively identifies the improvement opportunities, formulates the business need and present it to management;

  Support driving capacity planning when needed for all functions in the group and formulate proposal to management;

  Coordinates Process Map workshops

  Supports the Define & Test stage of Intelligent Automations

  Supports Roll-Out & Communication for Intelligent Automation projects

  Supports global strategic project delivery and acts as representative for Customer Care Eruope Order Management processes

  Ensures global initiatives are successfully implemented for Europe.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  University degree;

  3+ year experience in a multinational environment;

  Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus;

  Experience with working Automation is a plus (Power Query, Office 365, Power Automate)

  Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system, and of Sharepoint a distinct advantage.

  Previous experience in leading process improvement initiatives is a plus;

  Perfect Execution / Six Sigma certifications are a plus;

  Languages: English–advance level;

  Advanced knowledge in using MS office applications

  Experience or an understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management (Agile) would be an advantage
