We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist with two years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office operations. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

　　Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

　　Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

　　Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

　　Ensure the office environment is organized and presentable.

　　Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.

　　Perform additional administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
