This role is a long-term contract/temporary-to-hire opportunity, ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on HR experience and grow their career in a collaborative setting.

Provide essential support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.

Keep employee records up-to-date and confidential, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

Facilitate onboarding for new hires by preparing materials, conducting orientations, and managing paperwork.

Help with benefits administration, including processing enrollments, handling changes, and addressing employee inquiries.

Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary notices.

Address HR-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees in a professional manner.

Organize and maintain HR files and records, ensuring they are accessible and compliant with policies.

Support the planning of employee events and training sessions.

Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Experience in an HR Assistant role or a similar administrative position is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
