Description

Robert Half is in search of a Process Administrator: I to join for a contract opportunity. The position offers a fully remote working schedule. Candidate must be local to MN to pick up equipment for the contract. This is a full time position, hours are 11AM-8PM, with every third Saturday 8AM-1PM required. As a Process Administrator, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service, handle past due accounts, and assist clients in formulating plans to bring their accounts current.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to address past due accounts and assist with formulating plans to update their status.

• Utilize effective customer service skills to manage customer inquiries and provide accurate responses.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records.

• Employ negotiation skills to manage delinquent accounts and arrange for alternative payment solutions.

• Use skip tracing techniques to locate customers who are delinquent on payments.

• Recommend appropriate actions for management decisions relating to repossessions, bankruptcy, and/or foreclosure.

• Arrange for appropriate bank and/or legal action based on account analysis and as directed by the manager.

• Leverage proficiency in using various computer systems to process customer credit applications efficiently.

• Maintain files relating to collection activities and ensure continuous improvement in the process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and negotiation skills

• Prior experience in a customer service environment, including food service or call centers

• Ability to maintain files and records with precision
