JOB SUMMARY:

Your Mission:
As the Receptionist, your upbeat demeanor will set the tone for everyone who walks through our doors or connects over the phone. Juggling multiple tasks will be second nature to you as you handle incoming calls with professional finesse and respond to inquiries knowledgeable. Crafting polished emails and maintaining a professional phone presence will be your forte, making you the face of our company's hospitality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exhibits a pleasant and welcoming demeanor both in person and on the phone.
Answers and directs incoming phone calls to various work areas.
Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
Greet and welcome incoming visitors.
Provides effective oral and written communication (via telephone, email, and mail).
Other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :

Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
A Valid Drivers License
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two years of prior administrative/office experience
Two years of Customer Service experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
Repeating motions on a computer that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
Pay:
$18.00 an hour
