　　Implements and executes human resources strategies- Partners with assigned client groups to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and proactively resolves HR and business issues and provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle- Responsible for and/or serves as an HR liaison for all HR aspects, such as: talent management, labor relations, employment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning- Plans for and anticipates short- and long - term human resources needs, following current trends- Coordinates with business partners for client management concernsRequirements:

　　English (advanced)

　　3 to 5 years of experience in HR related fields, preferably and HR Partner

　　IMSS, LFT and HR applicable regulations Knowledge

　　Experience in retention, engagement, diversity and workforce planning tools and strategies

　　Experience working with HR systems as Workday or TRESS

　　Experience in labor relations matters (disciplinary actions)

　　General knowledge about compensations and talent acquisition processes

　　Strong abilities to work with MS Office

　　Communication and negotiation skills

　　Previous experiences leading HR initiatives
