　　Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

　　Be a welcoming presence for visitors

　　Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures

　　Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

　　Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

　　Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies

　　Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

　　Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

　　Requirements - 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

　　Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

　　Strong customer service and office administrative skills

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Notes

　　Good understanding of Directs Visitors

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Word

　　Clerical Duties experience

　　Background working with mail distribution

　　Microsoft Excel experience required

　　General familiarity with Word Processing

　　Receptionist Duties experience

　　Adeptness in filing

　　Customer service experience desired

　　Practical knowledge of Phone System

　　Earlier work involving Google Sheets

　　Visitor experience highly preferred

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
