Responsibilities Serves as Chief of the Real Estate Branch, Master Planning Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW), United States Army Garrison – Japan (USAG-J). Directs reviews of all pertinent regulations, instructions, and directives; supervises development of policy pertinent to all USAG-J real estate and facilities management. Directs preparation of regulations and instructions published by USAG-J and directs their implementation. Ensures that subordinate command and USAG-J staff elements are furnished interpretations of directives and implementing instructions. Reviews and directs all acquisition, disposal claims, out granting, utilization, leasing, reporting, and allocation functions for all Army real estate under USAG-J jurisdiction.
