　　Your responsibilities

　　Register all customer payments to the correct reports

　　Accurately process bankruptcy filings when received

　　Abide by all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act

　　Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines

　　Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence

　　Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, written correspondence, phone contact, and making arrangements for payment

　　Ensure payments are processed

　　Act as liaison in maintaining quality service to the customer and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

　　Oversee and update customer files to ensure data accuracy Requirements

　　General Job Requirements

　　• High School diploma or GED equivalent. Graduate from accredited education institution with an Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

　　• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience is recommended; coupled with excellent customer service skills.

　　• Experience and proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Excel and Word programs
