Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination:
Oversee and manage real estate transactions from initiation to closing.
Coordinate and communicate with real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.
Document Management:
Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Maintain organized and comprehensive transaction files.
Compliance:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Ensure transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
Provide regular updates to clients and real estate agents on the status of transactions.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process.
Work to prevent and mitigate potential obstacles.
Timeline Management:
Monitor and manage timelines for key milestones in the transaction process.
Coordinate with various parties to ensure deadlines are met.
Financial Management:
Assist with financial aspects of transactions, including tracking expenses and ensuring accurate financial information.Collaboration:
Collaborate with real estate agents, title companies, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements
Education:
