  A Day in the Life

  Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment

  Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support for equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer sites and/or on-site

  Analyze and evaluate products and their performance

  Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in the shortest possible time

  Maintain effective customer communication and relationships

  Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer sites/ hold training sessions for customers

  Provide technical advice to customers, sales staff and medical professionals on product related questions, problems and issues

  Provide sales staff with technical data required for product demonstrations

  Liaise between sales staff and customers on technical issues

  Provide technical support by telephone or via remote technology

  Must Haves

  Training in electrical engineering

  Knowledge of mechatronics, including electromechanical systems, control electronics, digital control systems (1-2 years)

  Understanding of complex systems

  Ability to manage and solve problems

  Knowledge of large-scale systems, ideally in a medical environment

  Ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills

  Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken

  Strong communication skills

  A customer-orientated mindset

  Nice to Haves

  Ability to find your way around software-controlled systems

  Enthusiastic and fast learner for new technologies and new environments

  Creative thinking with a self-motivated mindset

  Commitment to success and the will to achieve goals

  Organised and structured way of working with good planning skills
