　　Your Challenge

　　You are the commercial business partner to Project Construction Manager and Hub, Zone and Regional Commercial Asset Manager implementing the business strategy.

　　Your main activities will beto :

　　provide commercial project management support for a new construction project in Milan:

　　handle contract negotiations, liaison with local authorities, legal department

　　manage insurance, bank guarantee and tax-related queries

　　analyse plan/actual deviations incl. cash-flow planning

　　handle purchase orders, good receipts, suppliers’ management

　　manage opportunity & risks, including identification and financial assessment of opportunities with PCM, (provisions/risk contingencies acc. to IFRS)

　　prepare relevant documentation for ICFR and audits.

　　ensure the implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures (clean books and records)

　　Support the Hub, Zone and Regional Commercial Asset Manager on:

　　Preparation forecast and budget including risks & opportunities.

　　Assisting on monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities

　　Supporting on commercial and customer-related questions (e.g., Lease-in/-out process, calculation of refinancing elements)

　　To be a perfect fit for this role, you have:

　　a University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent

　　Experience in a similar position

　　Knowledge of accounting HBI and HBII (especially IFRS 16)

　　Working knowledge of SAP and excellent M. Excel skills

　　Native Italian language and fluent English

　　Eligibility to work in Italy

　　Nice to have:

　　Commercial project manager certification

　　German language knowledge
