　　Strengthen focus on product (partner) sales

　　Manage performance of assigned PA sales specialists and dedicated sales

　　Mitigate the succession risk exposure of the current dual-role of ID VS Head and ID PA Head

　　Foster innovation and optimize processes: Drive continuous improvement within the team, promote the adoption of new technologies, and identify opportunities for automation across the value chain.

　　You’d describe yourself as

　　Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Automation, or related engineering major

　　Proven track record: 7+ years of successful leadership experience in the automation industry, with a demonstrably strong understanding of market trends and technologies.

　　Strategic thinker: Possess a sharp mind, anticipate market shifts, and translate vision into actionable strategies.

　　Inspiring leader: Build trust and empower your team, championing growth and development.

　　Effective communicator: Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, influencing others with passion and conviction.

　　Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, able to manage budgets and drive profitable growth.

　　Technical knowledge: A solid grasp of automation technologies and their applications across diverse industries is highly desirable.
