Your role

　　Are you interested in residential and commercial loan origination and securitization and how these work behind the scenes?

　　We're looking for a Real Estate Finance Operations Specialist to:

　　• assist in the settlement and reconciliation of residential loan origination and warehouse funding transactions.

　　• assist in the settlement and reconciliation of loan securitizations including associated expenses and documentation tracking

　　• help produce weekly risk reporting for residential loans in the pipeline

　　• produce the nostro, depot and AVI reconciliations including break research and resolution on a daily basis.

　　Your team

　　You'll be joining the Real Estate Finance Middle Office team based in Nashville, TN. We provide support to the residential and commercial loan businesses as well as appropriately escalate any issues or risks in a timely manner. In this role, you will play a key role in the process of funding, settling, and monitoring the loans currently on our books.

　　Your expertise

　　Your expertise :

　　• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or finance

　　• experience with Excel - intermediate/advanced is a plus

　　• time management and organizational skills

　　• basic understanding of accounting principles

　　• basic understanding of fundamental financial terminology

　　• ability to analyze and understand complex system flows and operations
