  Coordinator, Real Estate

  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate team as a Coordinator. The Coordinator, Real Estate will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operations of various projects and processes within the Real Estate function. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can efficiently manage tasks, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  The Coordinator, Real Estate reports to the Manager, Administrative Functions.

  Location: Medford, OR (On-Site)

  Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 annually

  Responsibilities

  Project Management:

  Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.

  Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

  Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.

  Communication:

  Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and project stakeholders.

  Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports.

  Logistics and Planning:

  Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and events.

  Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for team members, if necessary.

  Manage inventory and supplies for projects and events.

  Documentation:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

  Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.

  Ensure proper filing and storage of project-related documents.

  Team Collaboration:

  Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

  Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement.

  Assist in the onboarding of new team members.

  Skills and Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in business, or another related field preferred.

  Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.

  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  Physical Demands

  Regular or infrequent travel by auto and air

  Up to 1/3 of time: standing, moving around the building

  Up to 2/3 of time: sitting, working at a computer, communicating verbally and in writing, listening or comprehending others

  Infrequent lifting/repositioning up to 25 lbs
