Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically proficient individual for our Raiser's Edge Data Systems Administrator role. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive management of our development database, meticulous data entry, maintaining donor information, generating reports, and conducting data analysis to support fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate is an efficient data manager, excellent communicator, and a Raiser's Edge expert.
Role will be a contract to hire with a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
Database and Gift Management:
Manage and maintain our Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud database, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and data security.
Manage all gift reconciliation that enters the institution's account, ensuring accurate recording and acknowledgment.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Extract insights through data analysis, generate reports to support fundraising strategies and decision-making processes.
Conduct regular audits of admission pipeline data, coordinating with the Admission/Enrollment Team for timely research management.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in using donor management software, notably Raiser’s Edge.
Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, and other data manipulation tools.
Database Maintenance:
Oversee the upkeep of constituent data flowing into Excel-based tracking documents from various sources.
Regularly import and update constituent data for various groups.
ethics and Confidentiality:
Uphold the highest ethical standards in data management and fundraising practices.
Maintain the confidentiality of donor information at all times.
Administration and Project Management:
Provide administrative support for all fundraising projects and initiatives, including generating targeting sheets, call lists, and major donor lists.
Exhibit strong project management skills, overseeing tasks like data imports, research, exports, and system upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of high-engagement experience with Raiser's Edge or a similar database.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience within education or a similar field.
Proven experience working within dynamic settings, serving multiple constituents.
