  Arcadis is seeking a Railroad Project Manager to join our team within the North America places group. We are looking to grow our team of railroad industry professionals throughout North America. This position is remote and can based anywhere in the US with a preference for locations in the southeast and mid-atlantic regions of the United States east coast.

  Role description:

  As a Railroad Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of complex railroad projects throughout North America with an emphasis on projects for CSX, Norfolk Southern, and other regional railroads and industrial clients located in the eastern United States. This position has flexible working hours and you will join a collaborative team that truly values its people.

  Role accountabilities:Overseeing multi-disciplinary design coordination and providing technical leadership to project teamsCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align strategic objectives and progressActing as primary client point of contact for project execution, planning and leading formal and informal touchpointsLeading client meetings, responding to enquiries, and collaborating across all stages of the project lifecycleSpearheading strategic pursuits, creating winning delivery strategies, fee projections to achieve financial targets of the business, and creating the most advantageous delivery approachTaking responsibility for financial and project management controls which enable monitoring, modification and forecasting as appropriateManaging the acquisition, deployment, and optimization of resources for the projectDriving timely service delivery including technical and commercial outcomes and undertaking reviews, ensuring delivery is above client expectationAbility to effectively implement design delivery best practice including risk and change management, project set-up and planningTravel is required which will include overnight staysRequired Qualifications :Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university8 or more years' relevant experience, including leadership of the development and implementation of engineering solutionsPreferred Qualifications:PE LicensePrevious experiences with Class I Rail projects and/or large industrial projectsKnowledge of AREMA Manual and various agency standards.Continue your career journey as an Arcadian.

  Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, ADandD, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward and recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $96,600- $175,000
