Ask your recruiter for details!Position SummaryProvides support and assistance to the radiologic Technologist in caring for patients and family members during the imaging process.Essential FunctionsAssisting the Radiologic Technologist by completing basic patient assessments including verifying patient orders, completing patient questionnaires, patient preparation and instruction. Communication with other members of the health care team to help coordinate patient care. 30%Facilitate patient care including, lifting, transport, chaperone and monitoring of patients. 10%Assist with Radiology computer information and data entry including PAC system. 25%Ensures the adequate availability of procedural supplies to include ordering and stocking patient care supply item. 15%Follows hospital initiative in order to meet patient satisfaction goals. 20%Required For All JobsPerforms other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
