About Radiation Therapist- Chagrin

　　Description$8,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance availableEssential FunctionsMonitoring and delivery of therapeutic radiation and CT/Simulation of patients.Maintain schedule, records, documentation and billing.Demonstrate patient skills/age appropriate skills.Quality check for equipment. Performs regular QC in accordance with Department protocol.Required For All JobsPerforms other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
