Description
The R2P_User Administration & Data Admin Jr. Team Lead will be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the R2P-User Access and System Administration Team. R2P-User Access and System Administration Team is the back-office support of the Ariba Buyer and eMarketplace operations in Asia Pacific performing various activities such as User Access Management, BU master data maintenance/administration, PO Management, Broken approval management and level 2 escalation for Ask GS support for Ariba Buyer related inquiries. The responsibilities of the R2P_UAM and Data Administration Associate will be the following:
Monitor all the SLAs of 3rd party service providers (as per agreement)
Level 2 escalation for Ariba Buyer related inquiries
Oversee and provide expertise in end-to-end implementation cycle of Ariba Rollouts, Transitions &Enhancements
Regularly review and update knowledge articles on Ariba processes.The R2P_User Administration & Data Admin Jr. Team Lead would work together with the R2P Team Lead in ensuring a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the eMP and Ariba systems.
Service Delivery
Oversee the delivery of the Enterprise Ariba Support operations (AOBS 3rd party provided service)
Ensure the adherence of the team with the committed performance metrics with the businessstakeholders.
2nd level Escalation point for all Ariba-related matters
Ariba CoE/SME
Provide support in deployment of continuous improvement ideas on enhance user experience and simplify process
Provide subject matter expertise in assisting different support groups for inquiries related to Ariba Buyer processes.
Provide support in project roll-out for system enhancement, technology deployment on acquisitions, and cut over activities for divestiture for processes related to User Administration, Data Administration and PO Management.
Compliance
Ensure the compliance adherence of the 3rd party service provider by regularly reviewing the activities performed by the contractors supporting the team.
Ensure the completion of all SOX review activities supported by team on a timely manner as stated in process SOP.
Regular update of SOP and DTP related to the activities performed by the team.
Organization
Review the performance of the 3rd party service provider supporting EAS operations.Qualifications
Preferred Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Years of Related Experience: 3-5 Years
Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing)
Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
