　　Summary Of Job Duties

　　The HVAC Technician maintains heating and A/C units, walk-in coolers,walk-in freezers in buildings/offices on campus; preventive maintenance.On-call after hours for emergencies and during inclement weather.

　　Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential jobduty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmoniousworking relationships with others.
