　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Otherduties may be assigned

　　Enroll and conduct pre- and post- assessments of students

　　Develop class lesson plans

　　Engage student to develop an Individual Lesson Plan

　　Provide instruction to students which can be in language, writing, math,science, reading, social

　　studies, ESL, computer literacy, financial literacy, workplace skills,distance learning

　　Provide managed enrollment instruction as directed

　　Refer students to the Program Director for ADA counseling

　　Make required reports as needed

　　Attend annual professional development activities.

　　Refer students to agencies for various services

　　Help with recruitment and retention activities

　　Help maintain cleanliness and order of the class room and/or sitelocation

　　Attend staff meetings

　　Document students Individual Learning Plan and students ADAaccommodations

　　Conduct mini-conferences with students to determine educational goals

　　Maintain student attendance records and send to data management operatorweekly
