　　Job Description

　　Onsite

　　Expected start time of 6:00 am and occasional weekend overtime asneeded.

　　Description:

　　Performs parts assemblies or product appearance dimension andfunctionality verifications according to inspection plans engineeringstandards and blueprints for manufactured and purchased material of lowto medium complexity.

　　Improves quality activities by using quality systems with a limitedscope and depth. (Entry-level positions with some knowledge of productfunctionality engineering specification).

　　Performs parts assemblies or products appearance dimension andfunctionality verifications according to inspection plans engineeringstandards and blueprints.

　　Gathers data and prints report analysis to improve or solve problems.Follows up on the accomplishment of corrective and preventative actions.

　　Assists in reporting and following up on the disposition ofnon-conformance material.

　　Performs special investigations of low-medium complexity qualityproblems to get data find root causes suggest and implement solutions orengineering changes.

　　In addition, you will:

　　-Use quality tools and practices to establish approval criteria toensure the identification of quality concerns.

　　-Work with outside suppliers to communicate defective parts and workwith the shipping department to return the defective parts.

　　-Monitor and facilitate quality activities for part approval, verifymanufacturing processes, and confirm process capability.

　　-Generate quality-related reports for monitoring metrics.

　　What Skills You Need;

　　-1 or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering, qualityengineering or supply management in a design/manufacturing environment.

　　-1 or more years of experience using standard quality tools (FailureMode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), RootCause Analysis, 8D, Statistics.

　　-1 or more years of experience leading projects with minimal supervisionto aggressively solve quality issues.

　　-1 or more years of demonstrated communication, organizational, andfacilitation skills.

　　-Must work well within a team environment.

　　-Shipping and receiving coordinator experience would be helpful for thisrole

　　What Makes You Stand Out;

　　-Experience with Machining, Welding and/or Assembly Engineering (ME/QE).

　　-Previous experience with Farming Equipment or Utility Vehicleproduction processes and organization.

　　-Knowledge of SAP-PAG.

　　-Knowledge of Equipment.

　　-Supplier Quality and Non-Conforming Material knowledge.

　　-Shipping and Purchase Orders Experience.

　　Education;

　　Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience inthe following:

　　Bachelors degree in an Engineering Field preferred
