  ABOUT THE TEAM

  Are you eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting field of Future of Work Digital Lab? Join our team as an intern and kick-start your career in HR Innovation Management. We are a diverse and dedicated team working towards evaluation and coordinating implementation of newest innovations for HR processes to simplify and drive efficiency at SAP.

  THE ROLE

  We are looking for a student in general with a business process background to support us in various topics related to influencing and coordinating projects to apply innovative technologies in HR area. Your tasks are:

  Project support, e.g. implementation of Generative AI use cases, Digital Assistants or Business Document Processing automations

  Collect and evaluate used cases for new IT technologies

  Support prototype implementations, data analysis, reporting and test activities for innovative use cases in HR

  Familiarize with our SAP Build Low-Code solution and support Citizen Development rollout

  Communicate with project teams and program members, and build your own network within SAP to fulfill all required tasks

  Continuous Learning in regard to SAPs capabilities and technologies for HR

  Other supporting activities in this area

  Min. employment duration: 24 month

  Min. working hours per week: 16 hours

  ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  Preferred fields of study: information technology, computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics or related area

  Computer skills: Good skills in all Microsoft Office products necessary, especially in Excel & Power Point including VBA, Programing (e.g. Java; Python); basic knowledge in the areas of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Chatbots

  Language skills: Fluency in German and English

  Soft skills: Analytic capabilities, good presentations and communication skills, highly motivated, flexible & open for ad-hoc requests; ability to think innovative and be open for new trends

  Others: basic project management skills

  As an attactive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag fr Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700 gross/month/full time, in addtion to generous additional benefits.

  Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
