About Quality Technical Supervisor

Description:

Process documentation (Procedures, Process Maps, Job Aids, etc.)

Efforts in QA Reporting (Management Review, Quality Alerts, test records, 8D-Reports, etc.)

Supporting responsible departments in fulfilling QA requirements (by participating in supplier evaluation, audits, etc.)

Overseeing the inspection activities of the Kanban Production Line.

Owning the process for managing and evaluation of nonconforming material (MRB, DMR, OOBF, etc.)

Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment

Initiating and supporting root cause analysis of high priority returned items, Out-Of-Box-Failures, corporate initiatives, etc.

Skills:

Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical products/devices

Experience creating/ involved with Audits

Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment

Experience working in ISO Standards

Hands-on experience leading Continuous Improvement projects

Leading Root Cause Analysis Reports and Analysis projects

Additional Skills Qualifications:

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or ASEE with experience is a requirement.

Minimum of 3 years working in a Quality Environment

Experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of SAP (System Applications and Products)

ASQC CQE Certification is preferred
