About the role

　　BURN is looking for a quality team leader whose role will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet or exceed established quality standards.

　　This position involves leading a team of quality assurance professionals and overseeing various aspects of the quality management process.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Measure and analyse quality in the assembly line, including:

　　incoming quality control on raw materials, products, and kits

　　finished goods quality control.

　　in-process quality control

　　Ensure all standard operating procedures are always adhered to on the assembly floor. 

　　Hire and train a team of casuals on their daily tasks and workstation allocation. 

　　Generate and share daily and monthly assembly and quality reports including corrective actions.

　　Oversee any rework required on the electric cookers and cookware.

　　Ensure proper segregation of defective products and proper disposition of the same.

　　Visiting local supplier facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.

　　Facilitate communication with local suppliers when supplies don't meet quality standards.

　　Ensure all safety protocols are observed on the assembly floor. 

　　Skills and Experience

　　Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

　　2 Years experience in the related field.

　　Strong analytical skills.

　　Leadership Skills.

　　Adaptable and Flexible.

　　Attentive and detailed.

　　Good Communication skills.

　　Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
