  About the role

  This position will ensure compliance within the markets, providing leadership, oversight, and monitoring of key GMP activities such as:

  Market release in coordination with supply chain, CMO, Internal Haleon Sites (Ex US) and Logistics & Distribution teamsProduct Quality Complaints Managing Field Alert Report submissionsRecall activitiesHealth Authority Interactions HALEON CH Quality Management System for the Local Operating Company/s (LOC/s).

  Role Responsibilities

  Acting as primary LOC supply chain point of contact ensuring supply chain product needs are appropriately prioritized within Quality Operations team, and that release turn-around times and measures to support OTIF are in place and monitored to drive performanceImplement and maintain effective Quality systems to ensure that handling of all requirements is in full compliance with Haleon standards and policies, and regulatory requirementsLeads initiatives to gather intelligence in VMS space, Retailer/Customer needs in collaboration with external agencies such as CHPAStrong partnership with all related functions to manage overall activities, including but not limited to Supply Planning, CMO Quality, CMOs, Logistics and Distribution teams, Consumer Relations, Global/Central Quality Systems, site manufacturing Quality, Marketing, and Commercial.

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 8-10 years previous experience is required in positions of increasing responsibility within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the Quality and/or Compliance fields Knowledge and understanding of relevant Drug, Cosmetic, Medical Device and Dietary Supplement sections of the CFR and quality assurance systems related to complaints and release to the US market.FDA/Health Authority Interface: Must be able to interface with FDA and/or relevant Health Authorities in the areas of complaints, inspections, recalls, field alerts, and other correspondences as needed

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Professional written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver positive and proactive communications.Making sound and effective quality decisions using scientific judgementExposure to regulatory inspections and interactions with inspectorEvaluating and continuously improving the site quality systemsStrong sense of urgency, accountability/ownership, and performance & agility mindsetproject management, time management, prioritization, and organization skillsAbility to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure

  Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program. This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave. On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family. We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering.
