WHAT WILL YOU DO

　　Deliver procurement and category management services including, strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, and supplier performance management.

　　Support with tactical buying procedures

　　Client and supplier support with clarifications

　　Order confirmation maintenance check mailbox for emails with order confirmations and update data in SAP, such as delivery date, price, quantity

　　Missing order confirmation reminder go through a list of missing order confirmations and send reminders to suppliers via SAP

　　Missing delivery date reminder go through a list of missing delivery dates and send reminders to suppliers via SAP

　　Taking inbound calls from suppliers and support with order related inquiries

　　WHAT WE EXPECT

　　Good English and German language, both written and spoken (B2)

　　Team player (collaboration)

　　Customer service orientation

　　Procurement experience is an advantage
