　　Quality Management System

　　Coordinate to establish NIS Cluster (Plant) related KPIs and monitor/responsible to ensure the achievement of quality KPIs.

　　Plan and direct activities related to ISO certification in order to secure the certification and successfully pass the subsequent audits.

　　Plan and conduct scheduled internal audit to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls in daily processes as well as their compliance to business and corporate guidelines.

　　Address internal & external enquiries related to quality management system and ensure it is functioning appropriately.

　　Prepare & coordinate management review and follow up on the resolutions / actions.

　　Assist in external bodies (customers, suppliers, certification auditors) coordination on quality topics.

　　Coordinate for the monitoring of the quality management system, to identify the potential quality risk and propose the Corrective Preventive actions, monitoring of the defined key actions.

　　Non-Conformance Management

　　Handle all non-conformance issues resulting from customer complaints, internal quality issues and raw material abnormities including liaising with service providers and / or toller as relevant.

　　Conduct investigation of key issues. Ensure root cause(s) is/are identified and effective corrective / preventive actions are implemented and maintained.

　　Handle all NCM issued by customers and issued to suppliers to ensure reports are submitted to customers in an accurate and professional manner. Follow up on agreed actions / deadlines timely.

　　Assist in customer complaint settlement needs including compensation to minimize risk to the business. Visit customer(s) including presentation to customer to resolve customer complaints.

　　Compile and analyze complain data to detect trends and initiate / lead improvement projects as required.

　　Manage External Audits (Customer / Supplier / Service Providers)

　　Handle all customers’ audits / visit and liaising with relevant parties including Regional QM, production, supply chain, technical service to meet customer requirements. Follow up on improvement actions as relevant.

　　Conduct audit to selected supplier to monitor the quality performance and provide constructive suggestions.

　　Assist in Management of Product Specification / Assurance Agreements

　　To provide guidance on the management of product Specification and agreements.

　　Coordinate data from routine inspection and or periodical testing to identify trends and deviation.

　　System Document Control for NIS Cluster

　　Maintain QM document to ensure the fulfilment of all system requirements.

　　Coordinate with related departments to optimize system procedure and practice.

　　Quality Data Analysis

　　Prepare and maintain related quality data, analysis and reports, provide to related parts as per required.Others

　　Comply to EHS requirements and quality requirements.

　　Report any areas of concern to Management.

　　Responsible for the effective implementation of the Quality Management System.

　　Other tasks arranged by line manager.

　　Education: bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or relative major, master’s degree is a plus

　　Working experience: 10+ years working experience in chemical plant, 5+ years plays as QA or QC leader, batch process and Alkoxylation process experience is priority.

　　Language Skill: English can be used as working language.

　　Technical & Professional Knowledge

　　 Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001and 5S requirements.

　　 Able to use Microsoft Applications and other statistical tools.

　　 Able to organize, coordinate, implement and supervise a given task in systematic manner.

　　 Able to maintain and improve subordinate analysis or testing skills through continue cross check and re-training program.
