　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Quality Lead III to join our team in Herndon, VA supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The Quality Lead III leads the Quality Management Organization (QMO) Team and serves as management representative for quality for the NSIN Maverick program.

　　They create and submit the Strategic Plan for Quality Management System (QMS) activities.

　　They create and submit annual quality objectives and obtain approval for new major quality initiatives to include pursuing new certifications and registrations.

　　They coordinate with Maverick Program leadership on QMA implementation and monitoring activities, leading QMS implementation effort for new and existing projects, and leading external audit and appraisal efforts.

　　They maintain a customer service approach for quality implementation.

　　They establish and enforce quality standards and processes for the Mission Essential Services Plan (MESP) implementation.

　　They develop and submit the QMO Annual Operating Plan.

　　They ensure organizational audits meet the annual quality objective.

　　They draft and maintain a list of QMO services available to the Maverick Program and projects.

　　They ensure the QMO Team is adequately trained to perform their assigned duties.

　　They create the QMO Operations and Process Improvement Plan.

　　They coordinate with the Program Manager and the program's Continual Improvement Manager for quality oversight of program activities.

　　The Quality Lead III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree and four (9) years of relevant work experienceDesired Qualifications:

　　Experience in conducting Quality Management activities for complex projects.

　　Experience leading a team of Quality Management professionals.

　　Security Clearance:

　　Active Top-Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
