  DATES OF NEED: 4/1/2024 - 12/15/2024 EMPLOYER: Rosewater MV LLC CONTACT:Julia Tarka EMAIL: [email protected] PHONE: (508) 560-8368 JOBTITLE: Food Prep Cooks OPENINGS: (2) Temporary, Full-time openings.DUTIES: Prepare foods such as meats, vegetables and other ingredients bycutting, mixing, and slicing with knives, mixers, and, where necessary,by marinating or flavoring according to supervisor?s instructions. Cleanand prepare equipment, utensils for cook and chef prep areas. Prepareand organize ingredients and supplies for cooks. Will train.REQUIREMENTS: Employees must be able to commit to entire employmentperiod. SCHEDULE: Shifts are 6 AM - 2PM; and 8AM - 4PM. Employees willwork 5-6 days/wk but shifts and the days of the work week will varyweekly. Up to 20hrs/wk of overtime possible. WAGE: \$18.42 - \$23.00p/hr, paid weekly. Pay within range based upon performance at discretionof employer. Not guaranteed, but when available OT pay rate is \$27.63-\$34.50 p/hr. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer\'sdiscretion. LOCATION(S): Rosewater MV LLC, 20 S. Summer Street,Edgartown, MA 02539 LODGING: Housing may be provided based uponavailability at employer\'s discretion for a cost of \$125.00/wk. Theweekly housing fee will be deducted through payroll so long as theweekly housing fee does not result in weekly wages less than \$35.00below Massachusetts minimum wage. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge ordeposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform theduties assigned. Employee will be reimbursed for initial inboundsubsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period iscompleted. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee isdismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs andsubsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employeecame from, unless the employee does not return. The amount oftransportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencefor travel will be provided at a rate of \$15.46/day up to a max of\$59.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in thefirst work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, andother related fees, including those mandated by the government(excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hoursequal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week periodto the total employment period.
