The facility employs just under 500 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus. 　　Job Description

　　Single Source expert for the entire LctP in the following:

　　Metallurgy, Metrology and Laboratory machinery, scopes and processes.

　　Applicable to all PA’s and all products.

　　Develop and coordinate activities to establish, improve and sustain new and existing metrology and metallurgic laboratories, that will provide services and support all products in all PA’s in LctP.

　　Provide guidance and support to all QMM team and manufacturing interfaces. Assurance of timely, accurate and reliable reports, inspections, analysis, investigation of products and utilization/acquisition of new laboratory equipment in alignment with Bosch standards in safety, quality and legal needs.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree (required)

　　Degree majors, Fields of study, Certification, Licenses Required

　　Microsoft 365 proficiency, Excel, Access, Teams. (3-5 years)

　　SAP (3-5 years)

　　Metallurgic processes and procedures for testing and evaluating different products. (7+ years)

　　Metrology, (GD & T) (7+ years)

　　Quality Methods, 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP. (3-5 years)

　　Self-driven, analytical and innovative thinking for problem solving.
