　　Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to thefollowing: Operate various farm equipment (combines, tractors, trucks,grain carts, etc.) for planting, tilling, spraying, cultivating,fertilizing, and harvesting of crops. Maintain/repair machinery, washand detail machinery. Ground maintenance on farm and/or housing i.e.weed eating, mowing. Mow road ditches and grain bin sites. Fieldoperations including chisel plowing, operating a tractor with graincart. Load/unload trucks. Maintain/clean shop area. Other miscellaneousduties assigned. Crops: corn, soybeans, hay
