Quality Inspector
1st & 2nd shift
$20-$24/HR
Description:
Will be working the welding and paint line performing Quality Checks on fabricated/welded metals and painted products. You will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating welds for defects, compliance with specifications, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.. Checking parts for quality and documenting on a computer. High performing, creative and flexible team member who is willing to work with less structure and is willing to change schedule as needed to execute to the requirements of the business and utilize available equipment resources. Will be working off of work instructions and blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•GED required or High School Diploma
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (on occasion)
•Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
•Previous machine shop experience, carpentry, plastic welding, CNC experience
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and job procedures
