Position Duties: Responsible for a team of product managers who are the interface between the business side of product management team and the technical platform engineering team which builds and maintains the software. Responsible for day to day and strategic synthesis of all business and technical design requirements and specifications for enhancements and new feature development throughout the product development lifecycle. Drive end-user research and market testing process and use this research as input into product design, performance, and user experience requirements. Responsible for reviewing product usage statistics and converting findings into design improvements. Manage and prioritize the product engineering development roadmap including development work on the application front end, calculation layer, data source integration, and platform architecture improvements. Manage the review and selection process of third-party technologies to integrate into the software platform. Respond to technical development questions. Supervise a team of seven (7) with the job titles of Senior Product Manager - Technical, Product Manager - Technical, and Specialist Product Management.Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in Product Management of Business Intelligence/Decision Support solutions positions, or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience. Qualifying experience must include at least three (3) years with each of the following: User research; Product Strategy; Agile product development and engineering methodologies; Product management experience with digital offerings in the financial services industry.
