DescriptionEssential FunctionsResponsible for monitoring and reporting clinical outcomesLeads various process improvement initiatives, including participation on any System-wide quality initiativesConducts chart reviews, data abstraction, utilization review and data analysis activitiesWorks with clinical staff to determine effective tools to monitor clinical quality and recommends system or process enhancements that support better quality tracking &/or outcomesKeeps abreast of trends in quality research and recommends changes to enhance hospital processes &/or outcomesRequired For All JobsPerforms other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
